The EHW-EM general purpose bench scale is NSF registered, housed in rugged ABS housing and stainless steel platter which can be removed for easy cleaning. The backlit LCD display is easy to see. The scale is powered by both battery or power adapter. Idea for use in most food preparation areas, portion control stations and commercial kitchens.
