As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, to carry forward traditional culture and enhance team cohesion, East High held a unique homemade mooncake activity on Sept. 28th. During the activity, employees personally made low-sugar and low-oil healthy mooncakes, and skillfully used the latest developed EHW-CA portion scale, experiencing the integration of technology and tradition in a warm and joyful atmosphere.
The mooncakes made this time feature a "five-nut, sugar-free and oil-free" healthy formula. The fillings are selected from natural ingredients such as cashews, peanuts, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, and cranberries, balancing nutrition and taste. For the crust, two innovative options are launched: one based on oatmeal, rich in dietary fiber; the other is traditional wheat flour crust, catering to different taste. During the production process, employees used the EHW-CA high-precision scale to weigh each portion of raw materials, ensuring uniform proportion of crust and filling and consistent taste.
The activity site was filled with laughter. Employees collaborated in division of labor—weighing ingredients, kneading crusts, wrapping fillings, pressing molds, baking...
Thanks for the IP54 wash down design, it is easy to clean up the EHW-CA portion scale after use.
The sales team leader said: "We hope that through such activities, employees can feel the warmth of the festival while personally experiencing the high precision and reliability of our products. Electronic scales are not only commodities but also tools to improve the quality of life."
This Mid-Autumn Festival activity not only enhanced team emotions but also verified the excellent performance of our products in precise measurement through practice.
In the future, East High will keep the spirit of innovation, integrate technology into life, and provide more high-quality and reliable products and services for global users.
